Ottenuto dalla distillazione della birra Barley Wine, invecchiato in barrique di rovere per 24 mesi. Dal colore caramello, al profumo presenta note di vaniglia e frutta caramellata. Al palato entra deciso con un retrogusto morbido e piacevole. Distillato da meditazione o come chiusura di una serata da ricordare (o da dimenticare). Distillato perfetto anche per la mixology.
Si consiglia di servire a temperatura ambiente nel classico bicchiere da cognac. Durante il periodo estivo la temperatura migliore è quella di cantina intorno ai 16-18°C.
