All’olfatto note caramellate incontrano i profumi del sottobosco. Al palato note di caramella mou si fondono con un retrogusto amarognolo.
Buon abbinamento con carni rosse e grigliate, selvaggina e formaggi stagionati.
Si consiglia di servirla in un bicchiere a tulipano ampio, ad una temperatura di 10-12 °C.
