Birra prodotta con metodo artigianale, ad alta fermentazione, non filtrata né pastorizzata. Il leggero sedimento è il risultato del naturale e tradizionale processo di rifermentazione in bottiglia. Colore scuro, con un corpo strutturato e vellutato. Aroma inebriante di caffè e liquirizia.
Ottima con selvaggina (cervo o cinghiale) oppure con pasticceria secca e dolci alla crema o cioccolato fondente.
Si consiglia di servirla in un bicchiere a tulipano ampio, ad una temperatura di 10-12 °C.
